Visit by Russian delegation led by Mr Sergey V. Pchelintsev, Deputy Head of the State Legal Board attached to the President of the Russian Federation
A Russian delegation headed by Sergey Pchelintsev, Deputy Head of the State Legal Board attached to the President of the Russian Federation visited Civil Service College on 20 Sep 2007. This visit was under the auspices of the MOU signed between CSC and the Russian Academy of Public Administration.
As a followup to the visit, both organisations have agreed to conduct a study visit on Singapore's Legal System for Russian Federal Civil Servants.
