As we usher in 2009, Civil Service College (CSC) also welcomes the appointment of Lionel Yeo as its new Dean and CEO. He concurrently holds the post of Deputy Secretary (Development) in the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. The appointment took effect on 1 December 2008.
Lionel is no stranger to CSC or to many of our international friends. He joined the College as the Deputy CEO and Director of the Institute of Policy Development over a year ago.He takes over from Mr Chan Heng Kee, who has moved on to his new post as the Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (SWDA).
