A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Singapore Civil Service College and China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong to further reaffirm and strengthen ties between these two institutions at the inaugural China-Singapore Forum on Leadership Selection and Development held in Shanghai, China from 2 to 3 April 2009. This cooperation will promote the exchange of public officers, research & course development and organisation of conferences of both countries.
Mr Li Yuanchao, Minister of the Organisation Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (COD) and, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister in charge of the Civil Service and Minister for Defence Teo Chee Hean witnessed the signing of MOU.
