Since April 2006, CSC has partnered TPSC in strengthening its institutional capacity to transform it into a full-fledge Civil Service College. This capacity building exercise supported and contributed to the Tanzania Public Service Reform Programme (TPSRP) where it aimed to transform service delivery standards in the Public Service.
