Together with our MOU partner, Dubai Institute of Human Resource Development (DIHRD), CSC conducted a benchmarking visit on 4 - 8 June 2007 for a group of 23 senior government officials from UAE. This programme was designed to share Singapore's experience in driving public sector organizations to achieve organizational excellence in the area of public governance, human resource management, knowledge management and outsourcing strategies. It aimed to enable participants to gain an awareness and an understanding of Singapore's best practices in these areas to develop comparative yardsticks in their organisations.
