From 25th to 29th June 2007, CSC organised a study visit on benchmarking on behalf of MFA Singapore and UNDP for a group of Permanent Secretaries and senior officials from Africa. The main objective of their visit was to benchmark their reform programmes and efforts against Singapore and to learn the possibilities which African governments could achieve.
