A 7-member delegation from the Central Theoretical Council, Communist Party of Vietnam headed by the Council's Secretary-General visited CSC on the 4th of September to learn about Singapore's Governance and Policy Development in the Public Service. The visit was hosted by Mr. Donald Low, Director of the Institute of Policy Development. The findings from the study trip will be reported to the Party Central Committee.
