This study visit follows on a successful inaugural programme put together last year for Brunei senior government officials. 20 Middle Management Government Officers from Brunei's Administrative Service visited Singapore for a 5-day programme organized by the Civil Service College.
The delegation expressed interest in various topics ranging from Education and Change Management to Urban Planning and e-Government policies. The delegates visited a number of public agencies and were warmly received. They met agency representatives, attended briefings and knowledge sharing sessions.
The study visit is an excellent relationship-building opportunity with our neighbour and a chance for us to exchange learning points to deepen the understanding between both countries' civil services.
